I'd own one

they are pretty versatile.

Edited to add, I looked at one a year or so ago, they wanted 1000 for it. However it had a seriously scratched hood and no wipers, due to her sons climbing on top of it and sliding down the windshield when it was coated with ice. I woulda had to at least find some wiper arms LOL. They wouldnt budge on the price though.
