Default ipod question?

I own a 30g ipod classic and am upgrading to a 80g ipod and was wondering how to get my purchased songs and games from one ipod to the other?
I've looked at apples support page and a lot of it refers to transfering songs from one pc to another, but nothing on one ipod to another. Or am i making this harder than it seems....
Thanks in advance
Deb

You need to transfer the songs from your ipod, back to your computer. Then, import them to itunes in order to put them on your new ipod.

Problem is, you need a program that will let you copy your music from your ipod to your computer. That'* where ephpod comes in handy.

Scroll down a bit... there'* a download link..

-- If there'* a way to go from ipod to ipod, I have never heard of it.

Yeah but the songs were purchased for my old ipod with a certain serial number. The new pod will have a different serial number and itunes won't recognize it.
Going to try it tomorrow if i can get shoveled out from all this snow and get to the store to buy it...
