Not at the moment. Although you might be able to if you jailbreak it (hack it), but i'm not positive. AT&T only has exclusive rights for another year or two, then it should be available on other networks.

You can unlock it but only for GSM networks. Verizon is one of the carriers that requires a special CDMA radio
