well today i put a offer to purchase on my 1st home im exctied and scared at the same time the seller has 3 days to respond so idk i hope i works out i just thought i would share this with you guys
not bad for not evenin being 22 years old ?

wow that'* really cool! I'm also 22 but have 1 semester of school next fall. I just signed a lease to an apartment for my summer joh and will be completely on my own for the first time. Hopefully in 6 months I'll be buying a house too! Very exciting stuff! I hope it works out well for you.

kinda stressful waiting for an answer isnt it ? i just went thru the process of selling my house. we found a house we like too. as long as the inspection and appraisel go ok , its ours. paying top dollar for this house but i want that 3 car garage !!!

Yes, I MUST have a garage....I don't care if it'* attached or not, but, it will be heated (for MN climates) and be at least 2 cars.

Yeah, good luck with that plan... That'* what everyone here wants, so it'* hard to come by on a budget.

Game...good luck.. hope the best for ya.

As I told John...it'* not the whole process or knowing that you'll owe for the rest of your life. The real pain sets in when you've choosen a house, offer is accepted and the mortgage company sends you the letter telling you total $ paid over the X years of your loan.

Better be sitting for that one is all I gotta say.
