I'm engaged :)
Congratz! I wish you guys the best of luck, its such a good thing when a man settles down with one woman for the rest of his life, never to engage in actions with anyone else, always with the same person every day..... hehe J/P, anyways hope you guys are happy and treat her like a princess.

Congrats!!! I made the jump over 2 1/2 years ago and have never looked back. I'm blessed with a 7 1/2 month old son and can't wait to get home every day to see my beautiful bride and my son!!!!
The three biggest lessons I learned are:
1 Don't be selfish-- this will kill relationships.
2. Put her first in life, before yourself-- If you meet her needs she will have no problem following your lead and returning the compliment.
3. Finances: more people fight over the money situation than anything else. Don't do it!! Learn to compromise...... 'nuff said!

that'* awesome advice kevo. i was just engaged a month ago, and everything i've learned from dating for four years and going through pre-marriage counseling (a good idea for any couple about to say "i do") points to those factors. another great thing to base your relationship on is a belief in God. people, even those who you love and cherish, can sometimes disappoint, but God above all else will always see you through. best wishes man!

I wish you two the best of luck, Jeff
