Not bad. The pickling really takes the BITE out of the garlic, but leaves the flavor and adds a little unique kick. Goes great with beer and spicy bloody mary'*.

MMMmmmmmmmm.... had a burger with a nice fresh onion and about a half gallon of Frank'* Red Hot sauce on it. The stuff doesn't have much kick, compared to a lot of stuff, but boy it adds flavor to just about everything.
