How knowledgable are Canadians about the geography of the U.*.? Personally, I don't know where each Canadian province is situated. I couldn't place one and be sure about it. If I was ever taught, it didn't stick.

I can name all 50 states, and generally I know where each state is. I am also aware of your less then glorious history. Generally Canadians know more about Americans then Americans know about Canada.

I guess the general population of the US could care less. And I'm sure Canadian history and geography is not that big in American schools.

Sorta, but not really, if was mostly a conflict between English Americans and the French. Resulted in the War of 1812. No real civil war in Canada

Oh Yea, I heard about the War of 1812. It went from 1854 to 1860, also known as the 10 years war!

Kidding!

Twister (you got in my way here Stevey)

LOL..in fact it was the first time any nation has successfully burned down an American White House....

Our history has been less interesting, Vimy Ridge was probably our best war victory as well as the little known Korean War in the 50'*

Granted its quite nice here, expensive to live in Metro areas, as per usual but for a country with only 30 million ppl, we do ok. Only country on the planet to supply a professional sports league with 50% of its players...thats right the NHL.

Heres a trivia bit for ya, name the newest Territory (we have 3 now) and do you know then name of our new Prime MInister? (no its no Mike Myers or Wayne Gretzky :P )

Have no idea about the newest territory? Is it in extreme northern part of Canada? Prime Minister eh? Is it Jacques something? (Half a joke, half serious... )
