I think my next mod will be ported manifolds. I may not get to it until the winter or next spring.

This may force me to do other things like the 180 stat, and one range cooler plugs, both which I already bought but have been putting off. Oh shoot, next I'd probably need a tranny cooler too. However, I'm not so sure on that one with the cooler climate and the fact that I would only go to the track a couple times here or there.

Afterwards, I'd hope to be around 14.7 or 14.8.

Then there'* the idea of rockers.....

BTW I really like your set up. Real nice!

Reality check. Nobody on this Forum has the money to put a 92 SC into the 12'*.
I disagree with this....plenty of vendors are working on turbo kits that put stock GP GTs deep in the 12s as the only mod. It can be done, just not in kit form quite yet.

By the way i'm proud to be a contributing member of this club. Kudos to all that help out and make this forum like a second home.

Ok, Todd. I'll give you that it'* POSSIBLE.....but who would put that kind of money into a 92 or 93? I doubt we'll ever see it. Sure, it would be great, but I'm not holding my breath. Most guys that can afford that kind of modding start with a newer car.

Very true, but for a couple grand if someone wants to put their N/A S1 into the 12s it is/will be possible. Personally I would upgrade to a S2 car but some people either dont have the money for a newer car or are particularly fond of their current one. This also applies for SC S1 cars as the SC can be replaced with the turbo The Trans holding that much power is another story however...I don't know of too many mods for the S1 trans...
