I think this quote thing has been talked about and warned about TOO many times.
I say the next person to pull this **** off, gets banned for a while ( undetermined time). Obviously a warning does NOTHING, and some think it is a game. It is annoying as hell. So I say ban the person or people that continue it. Maybe then they may not d it anymore.
