Seriously, one of the things actors and actresses learn is how to suppress the blink reflex, so that they can do close-ups without the distracting element of a blink in the middle of the scene. Most people can do a full minute, but some actors like the kid from "Sixth Sense" can go 3 minutes or even longer without blinking.
