I'm not kidding either, the first ingredient is sorbitol, which makes you have to go. I am not sure how much of it orbit uses but I am addicted to extra polor ice gum and it has never done this to me.

never again will I chew a pack and a half of orbit in one night...

love orbit but yah i dont chew excessively....reminds me of this episode of House, which a guy quits smoking and starts chewing the gum "a lot" and he goes in to say that when he stoped smoking he started to have "problems of going to the bathroom really often" and then House takes the gum from him and tells him that it has sorbital which they use for laxitives. it was great.
