Lounge For casual talk about things unrelated to General Motors. In other words, off-topic stuff. And anything else that does not fit Section Description.

If you could have any kind of car, what would it be?

That'* cheating. We're talking dream car here.
Let'* see:
Peterbilt Model 387
High roof, full-length cab, 2 bunks.
Cummins ISX 565hp motor
Fuller AutoShift 18spd trans

Different priorities here....

Or:
Caterham Seven CSR
1320lbs
260hp Ford 2.3L Duratech 4cyl.

I have to retract my Caterham from above.
I want a 1958 Beck Lister reproduction.
I want the repro because Chuck Beck'* personal ride runs 2lbs/hp, and does 0-100 in 6.8.
This is the only thing I could get on it, but Car and Driver featured it in the Supercar Challenge issue in 2002.

I only drive about twice a week...
Besides, nobody ever stated in this thread that it HAD to be a daily driver.
