If I see a moose in my yard I'm going to be very surprised. Although there have been a few black bears spotted within a few miles of here.

We've got Black Bear, Raccoons, Otters, Beaver and Deer around here. A Moose in the yard would be awesome...until you had to clean up after it.

Moose are known for the gentleness, Go out and pet it.

Oh boy!!!!! I never knew that......can't wait to find one to pet!

We had a tame deer come to our house every once in a while. You could walk up and pet it and what not. I'm thinking I'd probably stay away from that big ole moose though.

Hmmmm, I think we need Nicky to answer that one. Moose are "gentle" in regards to being on their own in the wild. They have proven to be a big nuisance and can become guite riled when they descend on towns built to close to their habitat. For their size, I'll walk the other way and fight off the urge to try and pet them.
