I cant keep up with the Greenzilla, but 140mph in the Rora was bliss

110 with a cellphone on a wide, straight, smooth country road that I can see 2 miles ahead on. Cmon, it takes barely more than a 1/4 mile to hit that speed. Maybe less, as I had a rolling start coming off the Highway.

My friend and I were going to the bank earlier today (I needed some money for the new heads I bought ), and I was driving down the road, and he was like "lets go to Melissa'* house since we have nothing better to do." I was like, ok, why the hell not. But the street leading to her subdivision was right there, so I just cranked the wheel at about 30mph and barely made the corner, oops. Now this is a 2 lane, straight, downhill road, with a lot of visibility, and it is a dead end right after where I have to turn at so there isn't much traffic, the only complication is the 35mph limit. Once I made the corner, I just put my foot to the floor. My friend was not suprised, as I normally go WOT after a turn to get up to speed, but at about 60mph he looks over at me like WTF?, I looked over at him and went . Then I left my foot on the floor and let off at 95mph.

I would've just driven normal, but I hadn't driven the car in a few days so I had to get used to the car again, and clean the carbon out of the engine. Even in my 14 year old car, 95mph is as smooth as 50mph. Pontiac sure can build a good suspension!
