It'* actually two buildings, and the floors are half concrete, half massively thick wood plank over steel beams. And the freight lift is big enough to lift a loaded pick-up. The building is just massively overbuilt...

I worked there for a few weeks. It'* a business furniture and electronics rental warehouse.

Yeah, I know. Minimalism is what'* in these days, I guess... I love minimalist designs myself. When you walk into one, the atmosphere is just so much more comfortable and spacious. It'* amazing how much feng shui can change a building like that...

And think of this, property value there has to be jack, so think of what the property TAX looks like...

That bathroom floor has got to be hell on your feet, esp in the middle of the night potty run. LOL
