Default I think I need help

I have a good computer.. its a little old [built it about a year ago, and it was a budget pc then]. I have an AMD XP 2600+ processor, 128mb 8x graphics card, 1gb DDR 3200 ram, and 120gb and 80gb hdds. I have a lot of crap on my system.. I have 30gb of installed software, just under 20gb of music, just under 45gb of software install files, oh yeah and 100gb of movies... I have just under 7gb of free space. I need help, and I figured I would share that.
