First time seeing it for me. I dont think the guy actually hit the horn while the cop was there. It looked edited. Still funny though.

It looked real to me. I'll have to watch it again I would never do that to a cop though.

If you look at it again and again and again, it looks as if the video was sped up just as the officer was standing up from looking at the blinker. The officer never looked at the driver after the horn went off. Pretty calm for what just happened.
