Just use all your energy for the first 3 days; they're the hardest. My friend quit by having sex (among other things) whenever he felt the "urge" to light one up, so whatever you need to do, do it to keep you from smoking that ****. WTG Tony; just know that wanting to quit and actually quitting are two different things

lmao thanks everyone for the words of encouragement!!! I really never had a bad habbit with it like I did back in High School.

for the past few years, Ive enjoyed smoking occasionally and never really made it a priority. If I had the money, I would buy some, if I didnt have the money I would deal with it.

I just feel that at this point in my life, I could really do without all of the hassles that come along with it. Im trying to be healthier and make healthier choices for myself, and this is one of them.

cool deal dude!!!\ i quit doin that yrs ago... i usta get realy paranoid when ever i was on it... so i just quit it and started drinking..... lol not i quit drinking and smoaking cancer stix too!!! i feel so much better!!!!

and my memory is so much better!!!!!

congratulations. My roommate still does. Doesn't bother me too much. Tried to get him to quit a couple times to no avail. Oh well. Glad you made a good choice.
