This shouldn't be a run away situation. More like a calmly walk away type situation. If this girl is emotionally invested in you then, well, she isn't the brightest crayon in the box. Three days bearly constitutes an aquantance, let alone a relationship you need to "break off". Granted, now that you've done said "stuff" there might be the illusion that there is stuff going on between you but I think in three days neither of you should be taking it seriously. But in same breath I'm going to say don't let this keep going, then you're just playing her and if you did that, I'd have to call you a few, not-made-for-this-forum type names.
