It happens. We all do things like that (professions to the contrary notwithstanding). Personally, I'm glad you're ok. You're doing all the research for me on the Series 1. I might have to "WORK" if you really hurt yourself ;P

Maybe get some of that relaxation in...

or

do some stretching and hard exercise...

On second thought, do the former suggestion, definitely not the ladder...

Glad to hear you aren't hurt any worse! You have to remember that you are not as young and agile as you use to be.

Soak in a hot bath, that might help ease your aches.
