Default I Have To Let It Out...

O.K., over the past month of working my a$$ off I have really started to notice the high amount of rich a$$ mommy and daddy boys enjoying the summer with their money. I fu%^ing HATE cake eaters. I'm sick and tired of seing them. Everyone should work for their money, even the spoiled little brats. What the cake eaters get for free I have to put my sweat and blood in to get. Literaly. I'm going to make the LSS a 12 second car so I can make them look like fools in dad'* Mercedes E500 and BMW'*. Then i'll say thats what you get when you work for a living fu&*er.

Remember one thing.

It feels good to say you worked hard for something, instead of saying "My daddy gave it to me!!"

Little spoiled fkrs like that don't really appreciate anything they get because they know if it gets broken, someone else will get it fixed for them. When you work hard for something it matters what happens to it!!!!

I've been working 10 to 12 hr days myself but it feels good to say I worked hard for what I get paid instead of sticking my hand out and saying "I need some money!!!!"

Well, it sounds like you have set a goal for yourself. I don't like to see parents just hand over all these expensive cars and stuff. I don't think the kids ever learn to appreciate what they have. It is too easy to take it for granted. I have worked since I was 13. Not because I had to but because I wanted to. I am a worker and I've worked hard for what I have. I may not have much by some peoples standards but everything I have- I have earned and I don't owe a lot of money for my stuff either.

A lot of ppl here think Oh mom and dad bought me my car and this and that. Nope not the way it went down. My dad helped me with my insurance and paid 1000 of my cars price when i had my permit, but did not buy the car for me. I appreciate my car. One reason i have not wrecked it, other is I am naturally a defensive and skilled driver. My dad wouldnt let me drive his 400hp Jaguar around town if i wasnt.

Most of my money that I have came from selling a lot of expensive **** on ebay that I have had sitting around here for so long. a couple 4 and 500 dollar items and mostly 40 and 50 dollar stuff. I got 3500 from stuff on ebay in 2004 after seller fees. But i also own my own business too, and now have 40+ satisfied customers in the last 2 years. About half are recurring customers every 3 months and i do that remotely

I can't say I was a cake eater, but my parents did get me a car during highschool and college. This bonneville is the first car I bought all on my own and have done as much work on it as i could myself. I do have to say that I feel proudest and most satisfied with this can than any of the others cause I can say I did it.

I experience the same frustrations....

I have a lot of friends that parents buy them everything. One who has done over 30k damage to his 4x4 ford, not including the 460 V8 crate motor a ford dealership installed after he suckeed water during an off road excurion. $30k that includeds 4 car collisions and 3 off roading accidents. He also pays just under $500 a month for basic car insurance, but again mommy and daddy pay for 3/4 of that too. It'* discusting.....

I don't think this topic was started to bash Auroradude. It was pointed at unknowns by the topic author. So let'* not start this ****.

Personally, I was never given one thin dime for any of my cars. Even my first at 16 years old.

My car was givin to me, but as a hand-me-down. I have worked on it for years, to earn it, so I wouldnt say it was just given to me. It doesnt seem fair that I get a 1993 4 door, and my friend will get just about anything he wants. But, thats life. Deal with it.
