Couple words of wisdom though. You CAN fight the addiction. It starts slow: you come every other day or so for 15 minute to a half hour. I suggest you keep a log of when you log in, and how much time you spend here. Some extreme cases, people spend a large portion of their WORK DAY on here.

There are three types of BC addiction. First, the one I have. I log on probably 15 times a day, but only for a few minutes each.

Others, such as boosty and MOS, spend their work day on here. They have their work on one monitor, BC on another.

Lastly, there are those that are on here, all the time. Life is just one big session of browsing the forum.

If you find you have any of these addictions, I will be happy to help the best I can. FYI, my success rate is rather low.

That'* not that bad.

When I was working,I would get up at 4 AM and take a shower and then surf until I left for work. The only morinigs I didn't surf before I went to work were the mornings I washed Sapphire before I left for work at 6AM
