A lot of us who work in the school (a lot of germ factories there) we use Cold FX, it works great. I drink lots and lots of water, and I know that you are a guy, but a hot bath with Echinacea crystals, it really clears out the sinuses.

Hope Ya get to feeling better quick Gummy, I have had a cold for 3 weeks that just wont quit. Lingers forever and alot of people on the east coast I know have it. Feel sort of OK when You get up but by the afternnon .... ugggff! Then You think it'* clearing up and clogs You all over again. Started in my nose, then ears/throat, and settled in my lungs.
