i was reading in the paper and i saw the ad for the columbus, oh sniper. they said that he is dangerous, mentally ill and something else. the washington snipers went to jail. whats the deal with this guy in ohio?

He was a highway shooter. He apparently would shoot from an overpass or something. I heard his sister on the radio this morning saying that he is not dangerous and that he is one of the most passive people she knows. If he did it I am grateful he was caught!
