They do make Nair for men btw
They do make special razors and "goop" to prevent razor bumps. But they are primarly marketed towrds African-American men. A lot of guys I knew in the Army used that stuff.

My solution is, now that I'm a civilian, is to only shave once, maybe twice, a week. Up until 6 months ago, I justy had a beard. Even easier...

I need to get new razors for my electric. They are so expensive though, so I'm just gonna deal with the dull blades for now.

My ingrown hairs get extremely bad if I wait that long to shave. Plus it'* itchy and irritating if I go a couple days without shaving. :? I saw this blade in the store that was called 'Bump Fighter' I think...there was an African American man on the package..is that what you're talking about maybe? It was a single blade with 'grooves' in it.'

Yeah. There'* a Nair Like product that goes with it. You smear that stuff on your face, and use the bump fighter like a razor to finish it off.

Hehe, like this stuff: Epil Stop. Anyone remember the infomercial for this a few years back? They had a guy shave normally, then spray Epil Stop it on half his face... after a few days he looked like this (supposedly):

And NO that'* not me... LOL!!! Great thread indeed.

And for the record, I use a Norelco Advantage electric razor that spits the gel out of the end before you shave. I'm happy with it overall... I had to stop using regular razors 'cause I got tired of the nasty, red razor burn.

The best solution for the shaving problem..............DON'T!!!!!!

Nothing wrong with a beard as long as it'* kept neat. The last time I shaved was Oct '99 and my face has never been er.
