I hate my neighbor...
Every perfectly nice morning he breaks out his Camaro. mmm I cant stand the V8 rumble 
Im going to go over there and tell him I will do a full detail (they always kid about how we always wash our cars all the time) on his car for free besides the rubber and gas that will be used on they test drive 
Man my neighbors sure do suck! j/k I have it good compared to some of you with the sucky neighbors
