You don't have to like your co-workers just get along with them.
It'* all a game and everyone is in it for themselves.

Work, and life for that matter, in a Capitalistic society is all about competition. It'* all about what'* best for ME and **** the other guy because he doesn't pay my salary.
Get used to it or as another member said, start your own business and be your own boss. That will have its own set of challenges though.

I had my own business for a few years. Got real close to six digits in the bank. Then along came my divorce, and I drank it all..
