Hmm, well if its any consolation I am preparing to marinate 10 lb'* of beef. I have a BBQ tommorow night, and am marinating my own meat for the first time.

Hmm, well the marinade was a little weird, whole lot of vinegar, a little water, a lot of oregano, and a lot of seasoning salt. Hope this stuff turns out ok. I did not make the entire 10 lb'*. Seems there was enough with what I could fit in the pot. Oh, well, I will have to probably toss the rest. (unless I learn how to cook.)
