The gum cost every bit as much as the smokes, but my lungs are getting better all the time. It'* amazing not to be coughing all the time, or hacking anything out of my lungs. Seems so weird, I'd been smoking since 13.

i've been at it for 15 years so far and at one time i was smoking 5 packs of 100'* a day
