Yea a tow dolly should handle it just fine.

I'm with Dan, buy it and make a profit off of it. Offer him low and try to meet in the middle. Great opportunity if played right.

Chances are he got a ton of offers. When I post something I wait a bit. If I get a LOT of offers, I pull the add, wait a bit, and relist at a higher price. May have been testing the waters.
