the people who think those movies are funny are, by and large, the same people who love shows such as "Jack*ss", "South Park", and mugging old people.
No offense, but how in the world can you say that people that enjoy Jackass and South Park are even close to the same category as people that find humor watching old people getting mugged? I am 24 years old, I happen to laugh my *** off at Jackass and South Park, but mugging anyone, yet alone someone old or homeless is something that I take VERY serious, and I would never find any humor in anything like that. Just because someone has the kind of sense of humor to find that stuff funny, does not mean that they are immature little teenagers that enjoy watching old or homeless people get mugged or beat up.

I am sure that you did not intend to offend anyone with this statement, however, I was somewhat offended nonetheless.

One more thing, I also watched Borat, and did not find any humor in it at all, even though I happen to enjoy stupid comedy such as Jackass, South Park, and in case anyone here has heard of it, one of my favorite comedy movies of all time is Monte Python and the Holy Grail.

To a certain extent it depends on age when it comes to South Park....lots of subliminal/older type stuff they make fun of. I also though Borat was alright....depends on your humor level....Borat was kind of a racial thing also....if u can take it w/humor it'* pretty good.....especially the Pam Anderson part JMO

I've never seen either of them and don't plan to. They both seem so pointless, kinda like Sin City.

Won't bother to watch Borat, I'm sure there'* a few things I might chuckle at but for the most part it doesn't look like it would interrest me.

Napolean Dynomite, theres 2 hours of my life I'd like to get back forced my self to finish that movie because everyone and their brother were raving about it, will never do that again. My wife'* cousin actually acted out the dance Napolean does at the end of the movie, she said we had to watch the movie to get it, so we did and still didn't laugh. Sure, there'* a few qoutes from it that I use from time to time, but it'* just because they were so stupid they made me laugh.

There are a few funny parts in borat. A few parts pissed me off, but the only parts i laughed at where completely written scenes with all actors and no one candidly on camera.

More of it is scripted than ppl believe, and more of the crowds in the movie know what'* going on than are led to believe. There are some good points in there about the American culture, some shocking things (especially when in the southern states) that are disturbing to say the least, etc.

I won't buy it. Napolean dynamite was dumb, i couldn't watch it.

i thought borat was funny but i could not sit thru napoleon dynamite, i had to turn it off after 40 minutes, i do not understand what people see in napoleon dynamite, it was like watching a nursing home, everyone just shuffling around tired and depressed

I ve seen the previews of Borat and all I thought was here we go again.
To me it seemed as stupid a Deuce Bigilow European Gigalow. And I thought that one
ranked up there as all time stupid movie with Attack of the Killer tomatoes. Oooops...
I think I just dated myself there

Havent seen Borat yet, but i think Napoleon Dynamite is a complete piece of waste. I have a feeling Borat will leave a similar impression on me
