I noticed how all u guys have a pic of your car next to your name on every thread u post or reply u leave. i tried to upload from my pictures off my laptop but it says "unable to save image". and i tried to get the url from my pic album on B.F. but that didn't work either. Help ur new brother out.

use the [/img] image code from photobucket or like sites and you will be able to copy and paste that right into your siggy block

i dont use photobucket. i have pics on here. cant i just use those?

unfortunately that feature of the forum is screwed up at the moment. if you would like attach the pictures to you next post i will take them on my photobucket account and you can use the image tags then

By what he says, If people would actually read through a post (not just the Title), He is talking about the avatar. He is trying to use the wrong feature. Go to your user CP, And editing your avatar is the first choice in the 3rd Section down. It will prompt you though to upload a picture off your computer. The avatar is the picture below you name in every post, as you explained. In my case it is the red spinning skull.

The "profile pic" option is for putting a picture in your profile page only. And disabled for the moment as we work out kinks.

If you want to display a signature picture (thats the one you see in my post of my car) you have to get get a photobucket account and place a "image Tag" in the signature area. Our Forum has grown to a size and levels of membership that the signature picture function is disabled. It cant be formatted to the number of levels we have, and to expensive to host all the pictures that show in every thread.

For signature pics, Start a photobucket account, upload signature pics 100x500 pixels max (in your case as a regular member) to it, "copy" the tag shown for "IMG for bulletin boards & forums" and paste it into the "Edit Signature" box. This is in the option just below "avatar" in your user CP.

I am having problem loading a signature pic too. I was ablt to do the avatar but when I load a signature pic I still can't. I opened a photobucket account to try that and still nothing. I reduced the size to 600X200 and nope. Anyone who can help out on this I would love it!

Paste the code here in a reply tso I can see what your trying to place Scott. It has to be the right tag.
