I am relieved,filed for divorce yesterday and the process server serving the divorce papers today did serve my husband with them.My husband I did kick out last week Thursday did sign the papers today and called my lawyer right away.My husband was not good to me at all and did cheat on me.He was abusive to me,he hit and slapped me including verbally abuse me.I have post traumatic stress disorder from the abuse which is under control.Cheated on me also and he did this through our 2 year marriage.Good thing is we have no kids together.and I am prepared.I do have the support,my mother and sister Julia are two of them.They said I deserved better and I am doing the right thing.

A restraining order was put in place on Monday,can't be near me or on my property.I have a couple kids,a 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter from previous relationships.
