Figures that last week I have three good bluetooth headsets and I give one to a buddy in need.
Primary loses all sound. WTF?
Secondary works poorly and most people can't hear me.
Time to upgrade, Motorola Endeavor HX1 has been ordered.

The 780'* were good for about 80mph with all the windows and sunroof open. I am hopeful this is even better.
Raptor...maybe you like holding your arm to your head. It'* all about hands free. The new car has BT built in, this is for the rest of the time.
Gunnna'* gonna notice...lol

Oh, which reminds me. I'm also curious how your radios bluetooth sounds, and where you mounted the microphone at.
I mounted mind inside the onstar microphone. I actually didn't know it was the onstar microphone until someone pointed it out, I just jammed my mic through it. Apparently onstar and I both thought under the mirror was a good location. Mine worked great for a while, but now it'* picking up wind noise when going down the highway with the windows up. Not sure what happened, but that'* why I'm curious where you mount yours and how it works out.

Car works great as long as there isn't a ton of background noise. The mic is located at the edge of the headliner where it meets the driverside A pillar. Tucked right in the cubby area.
From what I can tell, windows can't be down and have it not pick up a ton of noise.

To bad you couldn't incorporate the OnStar mic into one of those setups. I have used it from the beginning, and never had one person say , What??? I dont talk to Bill much on his cell but when it happens, "What" is the primary word in a convo.
the rear view mirror is a good idea, time to move mine i guess lol
but here is where i have mine right now, i barely use it anymore, but i still have the shitty habit of texting and driving
