Default how to get pic on avatar
how do you get a picture to meet requirements for avatar photo?cant seem to get it got a program called irfanview to resize photo but just cant get down to that 16kb size that i need??

if you have photoshop, just use "save for web"
If you don't, post it up here someone will be wiling to resize it for you. ( i would but my computer w/ photshop on it is out of commission right now)

If you host it on Photobucket you can resize it to avatar size.
Photobucket is free.

photbucket doesnt always resize it right, its sometimes too big..
