Mine has become alittle slower also, it'* down in about 40 seconds including putting in a password and starting up with internet and antivirus.

Long time, maybe 3-4 minutes? It sits at the dell bootloader screen FOREVER. The xp load is very fast.

PIII 800mHz
320mb ram
7200 seagate pro drive (not the shitty one)
