how do i change the size of my pic custom and write on it all fancy and stuff?

chances are your computer has some sort of photo editor.... mine opens up automatically when I double click on a photo in my folders...

No shame in that. Photoshop CS2 is great. I made my avatar with it.

I'm just lacking a picture to make my sig. with. Altho, I have a nice dig. camera coming in the mail. My old digital camera couldn't do my car justice...

Hmm, well the only thing that opens whe i open a picture is Windows Picture and Fax Viewer...

i think i will use paint...
