I have been on sites that have member lists and you can find members on them..

I don't see that on this site, so how do I go about finding a member, when I know their member name.

I know you can search for posts by member name, but if they have no posts, or if I don't know what to search for when looking for there name that does me no good.

Any way to find a member? am I missing something lol?

Try going to Quick Links > Networking > Contacts and Friends. Type in the first few letters of the members name and a list will populate. Click on them, add them to your friends list and then your golden.
