How do you deal with a hangover?

Before i start drinking: take a megamens suppliment from GNC and eat a good meal
while i drink, have a glass of water after every 4 or so drinks. and a big glass of water when i go to bed and when i wake up.
if i still have a hangover by the afternoon, ill pick up a beer and start over

Greasy fast food seems to help me, or a burrito. But when it gets bad I just take some Alka Seltzer.
Water before bed/pass out is your best bet to avoid it, in my opinion.
