The first one was never published...it was just a practice run (so to speak)...it serves the purpose of backstory now as his series will begin with novel two. He is about halfway done with that (it is mostly written, but needs a lot of editing and rewrites), but he will be trying to get it published when it is done. It'* very good (and I'm not just saying that because I'm married to him

)...and we'll be sure to let the forum know when he gets published. If you ever wanna hear a very long and detailed description of the novels, just ask him at a meet sometime (just don't do it unless you have a few hours free :P ).

I read a lot of SciFi, too. ANy chance of sharing number one in, say, PDF format? (not editable, so his stuff is safe)

And I've pretty much decided the wife and my kids win, and my car is the "Mid Life Crisis". Partly because the style fits the name, and mostly because of how I treat it and drive it. Getting old sucks even more when the family has fun with it...

Well...#1 was written in high school; he has done a lot of growing as a writer since then. My guess is that no one but me, his best friend Charlie, and a teacher he let read it then will ever see that one. :P Wait til the 2nd comes out...wow...it'* gonna be a good one.

And then he will become famous, and go on to write many more novels...and then Like Tolkien and the Silmarillion they will want to publish his first works....and then...then we shall be able to read his 1st novel!
