Variable Timing Electronic Control.
Basically the camshaft has 2 different lobe shapes on it. When the engine hits a certain RPM, the valvetrain shifts over to using the other lobe. Means you basically have two different cam shapes to use.

wow that thing has to be nuts with 102hp The only nice thing about that car is the diamond plate floor mats which should be turned back into a tool box for a truck btw.

Edit: that picture above is nice too But hot chicks don't make up for lame cars, lol.
(thinking in head) Trying to remember seeing hot ladies modeling over a Vette or Maro, hmm I can't remember such a event.
