well i just tried to send my cats down to cuddle with the pipes to warm them up and ya that didn't work at all i think i need to go get stitches now LOL

I have the weather channel app on my Android, and I thought it was real funny when I looked this morning. It said todays low temp -2, current temp, -7. It'* now -10, and still says todays low, -2.

that'* funny. wonder if they used the spinning dart board technique on that forecast

You know it'* cold when your touch screen on your phone doesn't recognize your finger!

That'* because it works on body heat.

G/f was talking to me about this when she was in my car. Said she was warm from the heated seats, but the car took like 30 minutes to defrost.

Actually, I think most screens detect a change in electrical current from your finger on the screen. The cold must slow down the electricity in your finger or something like that :P

The SLE didn't have much frost on it, but it took about a half hour to get warm inside, even though the vents were all blowing nice hot air.

Was told mine uses heat, that way when your talking on the phone it will keep the screen open. Just what I was told.

You can blow all kinds of heat or put warm objects on the phone and I'm assuming it probably wouldn't move. I think they actually detect the electricity in your skin. Mine does the same thing, put it up to your head and it can detect your face and shut the screen off.
