Ok, good to see this thread is moving right along. As for the code question, I wrote just about every single little thing in HTML and PHP. So, let me know what to change, and I have limitless MySQL databases.
Slovakia is cool, but kind of far away from Serbia. Here'* a short article:

That has very little information. The uprisings mentioned in the Wikipedia article are actually when he called down people from the mountains in the lands to vote for him and offset the Ottoman vote. That'* how he became the leader. This was a couple hundred years ago, and the people who stayed down from the mountain tops are present-day Albanians.
Albanians tried to claim their surrounding lands as their own, but these lands have belonged to Serbia and are considered the places where Serbian culture is founded, and they're even holy land to some people. The monarchy-type royalty in Serbia was shot down, and Tito, the guy who never spoke Serbian fluently but claimed true natinoalism, led the country through some pretty strange times. Shortly after him, Milošević led groups of people contractually bound by the Serbian military to kill Albanians, and for this Serbia was bombed. It sucks. :?

Wow, I just killed my own thread. Sorry, guys. I'm going to edit the part with me writing crazy stuff into small text and see if that helps. I've also got a few guestbooks that I'll try out.
To help keep this rolling, this isn't just a one-time guestbook. I can replicate it on other sites, and since the one I have is vulnerable to spammers, I'd like to try and get an all-in-one setup with an administrator login and the like.
