This weather makes me wonder what older folks did before a/c was invented. They probably didn't pay it much attention. We are too spoiled by modern luxuries. I love it

I finally broke down and bought a room ac unit, 8000btu energystar Fridgidair, It was some work to install since I have crank out windows and when I was done a T-storm moved thru and dropped the temp from 98 to 79. Oh well, at least tonight I will sleep well no matter what !
