Well, if you haven't been watching the news, the South Carolina legislature is trying to pass a bill that would let you sue the "other woman/man"... :?

As if divorce law isn't stupid enough already...

a lawsuit thats just way outta hand...i would highly have to disagree with that one.. even the wife is against something like that also...

LOL - NY went the other way years ago... you can't get divorced because of infidelity. LMAO.

I hope that'* not true. I'm totally against that. People need to take responsibility for their own actions, it'* not the third party'* fault. The person married has a CHOICE in what they do. the third person can't "force" them to be unfaithful. This law would be absolute B.*.
