:P yep...high speeds and soft suspension...bad combo, that my next mod, after the intake, stiffer springs 
200+ KPH is far to easy to get to and not do suspension mods

Nah...its one of those...look down..see 200, meh, no cars on the road, no comparitive reference to gauge the speeds I was doing, I've topped out the car in the past, at 230ish KPH, so 200 was no suprise, but the busted deflector shield sure as hell was
