Getting up early tomorrow morning to jump in an airplane and fly my way up to Detroit. Myself and another pilot are taking a long trip to log some cross country hours, and we're going to try to make Detroit tomorrow. A few days after that we'll wing our way into Muscatine, Iowa before heading back to Glendale. Planned fuel stops are in Sante Fe, NM, Hutchinson, KS, and Burlington, IA. If we need to head to an alternate airport for weather avoidance I may be posting here looking for a bed to sleep in!

Don't worry, I'll be taking pictures along the way. I'll post whenever I get the chance. Preliminary forecasts give us a 50/50 chance of making it all the way to Michigan tomorrow, but we'll see how it goes. Yes! Aviation is something I sincerely wish I would have gotten in to. Unfortunately, at this point in my life, it will have to be a hobby, at best.
