I read that some aircraft fuel can be leaded. That sounds like it would cause problems in a high-tolerance racing engine.

I know there'* several stations around here that sell 105-110 octane. It'* the smaller stations not the big name ones that i've seen have it. Just look around you'll find it.

Oh it'* pretty much all leaded, wasn't sure if that would be a problem.

I don't see how lead would cause a problem. It'* not like you're running a cat, or O2 sensors or anything, right? I thought that lead was better for the valves and such anyway, as a kind of lubricant.

well, i dont know. There are no valves in a 2-stroke engine, and its going to be mixed with oil. I would think that the high compression engine wouldnt like leaded... but then again i dont really know.
