I thought that may be a penfield hots plate....

They are in pale comparison to an Empire Hots plate that rises to the top like a phoenix.

In both unhealthy and taste tests....

I had a Henrietta Hots plate on friday with Rob (CorvetteCrazy). So good. I got pulled pork though.

I think I actually have some left over in the fridge... I should heat that back up.

Today for the game we are making our own version of the KFC Bowl. Should be good. Pictures will be forthcoming.
