The Lumina LTZ and Monte Carlo Z34 in 98 and 99 did come with the 3800 series II. My Lumina hauled because it was so light......but it was still a Lumina.....even with the leather and sunroof.

Totally agree with these 2 for sure

hahah that is crazy! personally that'* a bit much for me too, it'* neat that they did all that but if i ever did something like that it would be a bit more settle (not as many decals) & it would be like in that ghost kinda paint stuff they have where you can just barely see it. i actually plan on buying another 6th gen monte carlo someday & doing that to it to make it more of a show/tribute car thats virtually never driven

Funny story about a lumina (to bad "bear" hasn't been on in a while). Anyways, he had a lumina that he picked up for next to nothing, it was a great car for a couple months, he was always trying to tell me how it was quicker than my 99 SLE'. We never got to figure it out. One day he was telling me about how crappy it was running, he hopped in and gave it a rev and a chunk of what looked to be charred CAT internals shot out the tailpipe and that was the last time I remember the car running.

Probably one of those things where you had to be there, I was laughing my head off.

LOL. Nope, although that would have been pretty funny as well. Sorry, guess I should have been more specific. I was referring to the catalytic converter.
